Healthy: it's been said above multiple times, but sushi. Although I personally don't like raw fish, I enjoy California rolls and the like. Wasabi required though! Unhealthy: there was this one place in Michigan that dished up this magnificent burger. Mushrooms, onions, bacon, melted cheese, and coleslaw over a half pound…

Just water! The bubbles in sparkling water don't sit well with me, and juices/flavored drinks actually tend to make me even thirstier :(

For breakfast I'll have two hard-boiled eggs (sprinkled with pepper) and a mozzarella cheese stick. All adds up to 210 calories, but don't be mistaken - those eggs will fill you up like nobody's business, especially when they're piping hot!

I've give up most chips as they won't fit in my daily calorie allowances, but I just can't give up on my ramen. It's all empty calories and salt, but mmm noodles... I eat less for breakfast/lunch on days I eat it so I can make it fit. Totally worth it every now and then!

Delicious mouth-burningly spicy chicken burritos from Chipotle with all of the fixings!! Although fried potato stuffs like fries/hash browns/seasoned wedges/tater tots also come into consideration...

My boyfriend tells me that he loves me no matter how heavy I am, and he tells me that every day. He does really appreciate, however, that I'm working out now (he's already really fit, which I loooove!!) - not because I need to lose weight, but because it's healthier for me, extending the time we'll have together when we…

Madison, WI - Team Instinct represent! I picked Charmander as my starter, but the little fella is only CP 12... I don't think he could pick up a pebble. Fortunately when I visited Milwaukee, I found a Dratini near a river! One of my favorite Pokémon <3

I'm 5'1.5 (surprisingly that half inch does make a difference when I determine my BMR/TDEE!!) and am hoping to drop the last stubborn five pounds. Been on MFP on and off since 2013, hoping to stick to this website for real this time. Short girls unite! o:)

Although I'm studying in New York now, I grew up in southeastern Wisconsin. Feel free to friend me!!

Right there with you! I'm a premed student double majoring in Molecular Biology and German Area Studies, not to mention I work five hours shifts for three days a week during precious study time. Squeezing in weight loss is going to be difficult, but we can do this!! Add me if you want :)

I've never liked cheesy noodles. Macaroni and cheese, chicken alfredo pasta, you name it. Cheese on pasta is a very off-putting flavour for me, not sure why...

The sound of my refrigerator and air conditioner humming in unison.

College dining halls. A boundless selection of high-calorie comfort foods, not to mention the huge portion sizes dished out. I kept giving myself the excuse that I could use a little extra weight, but once I started getting a little chub on my belly, I stopped those thoughts in their tracks and came back here to watch what…

Feel free to add me!!

I could eat eggs all day, and wouldn't regret a single thing. Delicious freshly hardboiled eggs make me the happiest girl in the world

Dying because it's prelim week and I feel like I'm not even close to ready for my sociology exam, not to mention I have a couple papers and a organic chemistry lab report due as well. I've stress-eaten ten pounds in the past six months, so I've come back to work it off. As a fellow suffering college student, feel free to…

The other night, I was eating at a university dining hall and couldn't resist the impulse to grab some dessert. I ended up having a generous slice of delicious chocolate cake along with a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was so good!! After I finished it, though, I felt horribly guilty for the rest of the night.…

If it's not raining, I go on a brisk stroll around campus and enjoy the fresh air. It gets my heart rate pumping a bit, but not to the extent that a full-on workout would. I also get to greet and pet the dogs that somehow are always getting walked when I go for a walk! But if the weather is too miserable for me to…

A double major here! Molecular and Cell Biology, along with German Area Studies.

Feel free to add me! Just your typical 5'3 petite girl looking to eat better, get fit, and make new friends along the way :)

Jalapeño-flavoured kettle-cooked potato chips are my vice. I know they're simply awful for me, but that perfect combination of salty, greasy, and spicy hits me every time. One time, I think I managed to chomp through thousands of calories in such chips from a large bag during a midnight binging session. Never, ever again…
