Im the same! Desk job and dont really get up.. I have a 30min lunch that I go sit in my car to eat lunch which sucks! I try to bring healhtier snacks such as sliced fruit or baby carrots. I also totally agree on the gum thing!! Chewing helps with hunger and keeps you a lilttle more awake... it keeps your mouth occupied so…

Yes I love my polar... it stopped working after a few months and I emailed the customer service and they asked a few questions and sent a replacement transmiter..that straps to the band and it worked after that... the customer service is really great!! Def call, doesnt hurt to try to get a replacement :)

Gotta agree on Brazil Butt Lift! That was amazing for my hips/thighs/butt! I stuck to it for about a week and half and could already tell a difference :) I dont think P90X did anything for my booty :/

Insanity is defenitly intense!! But its a great workout! Ive only stuck to it for a couple weeks. But been thinking to start back up again. Good luck!

I wear them alone also. But I do workout at home and not infront of other people. I think I would be too self concious to wear them without something over them out in public lol

I try to do 5 300calorie meals a day to equal 1500cals. Although some are a little above or below. But I agree its all just personal preference to how often you like to eat.

I usually eat about 30-60mins before working out in the morning. Ill have oatmeal with protein powder mixed in and some fruit. Or egg whites wraped with sliced turkey in a tortilla.

Thanks soo much! Im def going to check out the paleo diet. I know eating clean is healthier then all the processed junk of course. It's just sticking to it, Im def a carb-o-holic lol. Ive stuck to the Insanity diet so far today but it does seem like a lot of food.

I drink a protein shake from Walmart. I mix it in a blender with ice and water, its only 140calories I think I use it as a morning or afternoon snack. It definetly helps keep me full. Ive also heard Shakeology is a good meal replacement shake (from beachbody.com)

Im on day 7 of the lean program! Would def like buddies to help motivate through it. Does everyone use a heart rate monitor to caculate calories burned during the workouts or how are you categorizing it on MFP?

I'll also be on my 2nd week of Lean tomorrow. Ive previously started p90x 3-4 times and have never made it past week 3. Ive also tried Insanity once and got about 2-3weeks into it and then just fall off track. I def like p90x over Insanity. I usually substitute the yoga video with the cardio x or plyometrics..i just very…
