  • I've been following it as well and I usually serve my hubby the basis of my meal then add extra for him... larger portions.. or a dinner roll.
  • I've been wearing my polar heart rate monitor.. and I usually burn about 200-300 calories for the workouts on average. I'm 5'4" 185lbs
  • I'm doing it and really like it! It really helps With how much of what to eat! I always struggle with nutrition so its really helped me to stay on track better with food. The workouts you still get a good burn for the 30 minutes
  • I'm doing it! It has def helped me nutrition wise, portion control is a biggy for me! And helps to get in those extra veggies to fill you up, I have lost inches, not much pounds. The workouts arent that intense- I'm used something more like p90x.

  • Mine is work lunch having fast food easily accessible its just easier to go grab something. I have 3 kids and work full time, plus their sports...so my time is limited at home and would rather not spend it meal prepping...which back lashes obviously to un healthy quick stops.
  • The increase in calories is scary! I went up from 1500 to 1790! BUT when I was sticking to it exactly to hit my macros I was losing weight- I havent stuck to it the last few weeks and went right back up-- give it a few weeks for your body to adjust but, agreed stick to the numbers and your workouts and it will work
