  • Consider me inspired. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I love that you were able to go so slowly and still stick with it. It's hard to remember the journey is the focus and not the destination.
  • I'm brand new and was getting really sore. My husband suggested exercising M W F and giving my body rest for the other days. It really allows my body to recover. As I get in better shape of course I'll add more exercise in but you may want to start with that and see how it works for you.
  • I spread pesto on it and then cover with a small amount of feta cheese. Place on greased cookie sheet in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes. My husband won't eat it any other way.
  • I try to keep it to a schedule. My daily goal is half my body weight in ounces of water. I'm a big girl still so that is the equivalent of just over 4 liters a day. I have a 1 liter bottle that I refill. I try to drink 1 bottle worth of water every 3 hours or less. Now, I'm so used to drinking the water by the time limit,…
