Hi! Welcome :) I have two kids ages three and eleven months (currently breast feeding). Feel free to add me too! I have at least 30 lbs more to lose.

I was 248 lbs in this picture (2nd baby) at 9 months pregnant. Today my kids are 3 years old and 11 months old. I'm at 175 lbs (73 lost!!!), hoping to lose 30 more at least! I am healthier and feel SO much better.

I stay at home, but I also find it difficult to get the exercise time I need (too expensive to join a gym and no one to watch my kids)! I've been using MFP for almost 9 months, so I know it works with consistency! I haven't exercised a ton other than walking, but watching calories and portions and eating better quality…

Awesome. Thanks for posting your blog link. I am the same way- I have few pics from when my son was born because I didn't like being in them and deleted them. How sad!!! It's changing for me though too. What a transformation you've had! I hope you keep going and keep remembering like you did on here- it's inspirational and…

I have a 10 month old, and I've EBF with her while losing 56 lbs on MFP since Aug 2012!! I added 500 extra calories by entering "breastfeeding" into the foods and added the -500 calories into my calories to eat for the day. Since my baby girl is now 10 months and only nurses 4-5 times a day, I now use the entry for -300…

Add 500 calories for breast feeding plus eat back the majority of your exercise calories. I had my weight loss set at 2 lbs a week and I was starving! Switched it to 1.5 and it's worked great for me. Everyone is different. I get 1510 calories plus 500 for BF plus exercise calories. Seems like a lot, but I've lost 55 lbs in…

If you do the TDEE-20%, do you eat back your calories from exercise??

I've read through topics/comments on the board lately, and I've thought, "Wow it would be nice to be at that lower weight!" Then I realized that I am now LOWER than that weight that I keep seeing. It's still very difficult to comprehend that when you've been overweight your entire life. What a change, not only physically…
