Struggling with this myself. I was supposed to be running a marathon this weekend and I had to let that plan go because I just didn't bounce back from the PF as quickly as I thought. You may be low on your fat intake. Try incorporating some avocado, coconut oil, etc. and see if that helps.

I am actually enjoying cooking (*gasp!*) The scale keeps showing a downward trend in bodyfat percentage :-) My whole family is eating more veggies than ever before

I like Lauren's Be Your Own Gym...convenient app for my iphone and workouts are about 35 mins long, 4-5 times per week.

I recently started using Lauren's program "You are your own gym" and am really liking it. The app sets out some really easy to follow programs geared toward several different levels of experience/fitness.
