Protien is a good thing. If you’re working out it will help gain more muscle. More muscle means you burn more Cals. I was taking in the recommended amount of protein and I wall losing weight but I was also getting weaker at the gym. I couldn’t lift as much as I was when I started my diet. why to go....keep it up All my clothes are hanging on me and I have tightened my belt to the last hole……Time for new clothing. Its gunna cost but I’m happy that I have to spend the money on clothing that is smaller instead of larger.
