I am looking for snacks that have a low calorie count but are high in protein. I have cut my calories and added cardio to my workout and have lost 25 pounds. Wife and I have been on this for a little while and we are loosing. I love the phone apps, I have an Android and she has a Blackberry. It's nice to have apps that work on both so we can input our meal on the fly. It really helps to stay on track. Thanks.
