  • I def feel your pain...I'm addicted to icing!!!!!!!! I've accepted the fact, and I log it in, workout, etc. I've been doing a little better with it lately, but it took a long time to get a handle on it. I would eat it til i was sick! I would srape it off everything: cookies, cake, donuts.... And I would have to eat it…

  • Just do what you've been doing, isnt this the way you plan to eat/live until at least your wedding, if not forever? I dont recommend doint anything harsh, I've known too many people who do atkins, etc right before wedding and gain it back plus some. Dont change anything for a dress fitting. Just do what you've been doing.

  • I used to get made fun of when I was younger. It did hurt, and maybe thats why I dont have that much confidence, but you cant let those type of people know they get you down. They thrive on it. The only thing to do is just keep your head up and use the hurt and anger as a driving force to keep going. Youre doing this for…
  • I also use the potty alot bc I drink so much. It doesnt really matter what Im drinking: coffee, water, tea, diet soda - it all goes through me the same. I also always carry some type of chapstick with me... in my purse, in my jacket at work, to the gym, on a run or bike ride... it will def help with the dry mouth feeling,…
  • Thats great that you donate! I always try to get people to give blood...its such a simple thing to do, and it helps save someones life. Im also donating blood today at work. I work second shift, so I did get to work out, but that is interesting about the calories you burn after donating, I never would have guessed.…

  • Light multi grain Thomas english muffin- 100 cals 1 pc american cheese- 60 cals 1/4 cup egg beater (equals one egg ) - 30 cals Just toast the muffin and make the egg before work so you can just put in microwave. Or make it at work by cooking the egg beater in a bowl in microwave.
  • :flowerforyou: Congratulations on your wedding.. The pics in your profile are amazing and you look great!
  • I agree. It's not something you can use for the rest of your life. So just take your time and do it right the first time around.
  • Serves 4-8... I'm guessing the 70 calorie is for 1 of the 1/2 c muffins?
  • Never heard of it, or saw it....but it sounds great
  • I usually eat a bar M-F for lunch, after I workout. I LOVE Clif bars, Luna bars, Atkins Advantage bars, Balance bars. Those I eat for lunch with a big glass of water. Right now I'm actually eating a Luna bar - Dulce de Leche... For snacking I usually have Fiber one bars, Special K 90 cal bars, or Kashi bars on hand.

  • I had my gb out about a year ago. I had already lost alot of weight prior and was concerned about gaining it back, bc I had heard that some times people gain weight after the removal. Thats a myth-if you lose or gain weight-its bc of what you do or do not change. The only thing that you have to watch is building back up…

  • I got a Polar for Christmas, I love it! If I wouldn't have gotten one for the holiday, I would've bought one myself. It is a HUGE difference from reality to what the machines say. For me it was at least a 200 calorie difference, I was actually burning less... Mine also has the chest strap and its easy to use. Good Luck
  • http://www.quakersteakandlube.com/ It wont let me check the menu options at work, but have you looked on the website to see if they offer the nutrition content?
