Great work! well done! This is when you say: "wow, I'm really doing this. It's doable!" Congratulations again, and I'm sure you'll reach all your goals!
-
That's great! sometimes I wonder if I'll be able to keep going with the tracking... but you have just inspired me! Merry Christmas!

My experience: Beside taking my pill, this is what works/have worked for me: cardiovascular exercise on a regular basis, lose weight, and Hakuna Matata! just kidding, but yes, learning to face the daily stress and problems without making them an issue... meditation and trusting God in my life has worked wonders!

Amazing! you're an inspiration!

Hi there... I know it's hard, but I've found that with the correct motivation, you can change your mind to achieve your goals. I've found my motivation not only within me, but outside of me. My family, my kids. I want to be there for them. So, I decided this is not a race to weight less. It's a path to live a more…

Congratulations! great work!

Thank you everyone! It seems it's better to have it just in case of emergencies  I don't like the risk of hormonal imbalances though...

I think the link got lost in the void :open_mouth: EDIT: Once I quoted your comment, I can see the link. Thanks!

Well, I know it can be used as a meat substitute, but I don't plan to quit meat :) I just want to know more about the product/food... Thanks!

 I know! some people go nuts with the "artisan" thing... but well, how do you define a product that is made without the industrial standards? organic? artisan? homegrown? pirate? :)
-
I'd become vegan only if for some medical reason I can't eat animal products. I live in a place where most of things are very "artisan", so, I don't worry much about that. And, I really like meat, milk, eggs, cheese, pork, fish... so, while I respect other's food choices, I wouldn't choose to be vegan unless I had no other…

Congratulatuions @esjones12 and @PrizePopple, and everyone making progress! @thickntired, you'll get there!
-
@jenelth - yes

Thank you all!

Congratulations! body weight exercises are great! I prefer those to the usual gym weight lifting... both are great, but being able to do push-ups it's a great NSV!
-
Thanks! it's a great feeling. But I must take it just as a milestone in a long road to go. May be I was at this point some 10 years ago, when I lost lot of weight with a weird diet, but this time is different, I'm eating smart and working out smart, and I feel very motivated!
-
It's amazing! congratulations! I'm really impressed and inspired. Congratulations and thank you! :)
-
Congratulations! I bet i feels so good! I can't remember the last time I had a "normal BMI"... but I can tell you I'll get there too. Way to go!
-
This is the best advice :)
