As others said tomorrow is another day! The main thing is to learn from this - I always carry a protein bar and / or some almonds in my bag. That way I make sure I eat something and don't get to that "starving" time....it is also a great help when I go to the movies - I have something to munch on while every one else gets…

What works for me is making sure I get enough protein at lunch - I normally have a salad - with 2 eggs, or a can of tuna - or leftover. Chicken from the night before ......sugar cravings for me is a sign I am not eating enough protein - both for breakfast and lunch..

They are called resistance bands - if you google resistance workouts you will get tons of links.... I also got a book and DVD with mine with workouts...Sorry I am on my iPad - so don't have all the links to workouts that I have on my computer.

Mmmmm - very easy answer - you need to eat!! At least 1200 NET each day, and I suspect even a bit more than that..... Are you sure you don't need some support - if you are hesitant to talk to your doctor about weightloss I suspect you know that you are heading down a track that he / she would not condone....
