Few things - are you measuring your exercise burns with a heart rate monitor? Are you weighing, measuring all your food? Once you know you have your numbers right I will look at tracking your sugar..... On the whole the food you eat is not too bad, but I suspect your sugar intake might be a bit high,,,, The key is to play…

Oh yes - great proof once again of the "new you" :-) On the work ID - easy way - report it lost / misplaced!!

Personally I stay as far away from soy as I can - it does not taste all that good, and the reported downsides to it just does not make it worth it's while for me. There are so much more food that actually taste nice - and is also good for you..... This article breaks down most of the issues with soy - the one thing it does…

You must be joking - I am more in touch with my body, and the signals it gives me than I have been for 50 years - for the first time ever I actually understand - and listen to my body.....being in balance, physically, and mentally is a very powerful place to be. Every person is different - for many like myself IF makes…

I am a single person in a 2 bed apartment, and my cleaners come in for 90 mins every week - so no I don't think it is too much. Much better to use your spare time with your family doing things that is important

Been Paleo for a year (my one little non-Paleo indulgence is a bit of dairy) - cant recall having any issues - but then I was already eating reasonably low carb, and low GI carbs at that. Also - because I eat a heaps of vegetables my carbs are still around 120 - 130 grams each day - so not extremely low...I also eat close…

In our office we ask people not to come to work if they are poorly.....this past winter we only had one "outbreak" where 5-6 people got sick in a row, so I am a great believer in "stay at home with your germs" :-) Hope you feel better soon :-)

Nope - they are too big they go - everyday clothes to goodwill and dress clothes to Dress for Success. If you gain weight, and your clothes get too tight it is the perfect sign you need to get rid of the weight (not buy new clothes).... I have had "that feeling" a few times in the last year, and then just jump back into…

Pu - that might be your opinion, but from personal experience - if I get the munchies constantly - which OP says she is struggling with - an increase in protein is a very successful way to get satiated - and many others will tell you the same thing. Frankly OP needs ideas to experiment with to find what works for her -…
