  • No it does not need the sugar - it is your choice - I make all those salads - no sugar added and they come out fine....the key to marinating is the VINEGAR - not the sugar..... if you want some sweetness a bit of fresh citrus juice like freshly squeezed orange works really well... but like I said - it is your choice ;-)…

  • LOL - I was born in South Africa, and now live in New Zealand - and yes - both places have apple pie and hot dogs..... Here in NZ they have a hotdog on a stick - sausage on a stick, dipped in batter and then deep fried.....you then dip it in tomato sauce (ketchup)

  • From what i know - High weight - low reps like 5x5 will be more efficient at building strength. "Lower weight" - higher reps are more efficient for fat loss..... Now you will notice the inverted commas - I still go pretty heavy - as much as I can lift / push for 12 to 15 reps. My bench presses are 90lbs for 12 -15…
  • ^^^^^ this - I started at 320 lbs - ate around 1500, and around 50% of my exercise calories.....lost close on 2 lbs a week for the first year, and still hit a huge plateau after I had lost a 100lbs..... I now eat 2000cals a day, and slowly losing the last 30lbs..... Please don't start at 1200 - it gives you nowhere to go!!
