there's no secret. just diet and HARD work. I spend usually 1/2 hours in the gym 6 days a week. I always eat hearthy on the week days and have a "treat" on weekend and more carbs but never more than i supposed to.. mmmm.. every other weekend I have one free meal. and I think that is it. I still have 10 pounds to go. THANKS…
