  • Thats awesome, the tardis and the sonic screw driver, no stopping me now. lol
  • I want the sonic screw driver from Dr. Who, you can do anything with that.
  • I know how that feels aswell. I have two very busy children, with something going on pretty much everyday. But it does help to try to plan out the next day as best as you can, it is difficult some days cause well, as you know, life with children is very unpredictable. Here are a couple things that I have tried, and seem to…
  • The last two weeks have been really hard, first my daughter was ill last week, and I just didn't have time to fit the gym in, and halloween, who know how fast those small little chocolates could add up. This week I had a sinus infection, so again no gym, and unfurtonatly I just didn't have the energy after work to cook, so…
  • I have been going with what the machines say at the Y, but I don't eat those calories back. I have been trying to find a less pricey bodybugg or something else that works the same way, but have not been successful as of yet. Unfortunatly I have very little extra funds(along with almost everyone else out there), and I just…
  • WOW, I am really greatful for all the great comments. This is the firs time I have posted a topic, and am really glad I did. Thank you to everyone. I will take in everthing and see how it works. I am feeling hopeful again. Thanks to all
  • Thanks for the website. I think that is a great tool. After looking at it, I guess I shouldn't be eating as many strawberries as I do. I will have to cut them back, can't cut them out though, I love them way to much.
  • Unfortunalty my BMI is 31.5, so it is in the obese category, even though I don't classify myself that way, Yes I am overweight and trying to lose it, but I don't consider myself obese. I never really have trusted those things, I really dont think they take into account body type (small bone vs big bones, even though I am…
  • I would love to join your challenge, but I am currently in two different challenges now, one at work (which I started 4 weeks ago, and watching the lbs melt off some of the others, but a couple are slow going like me), and another 15 week challenge on here. I don't know if it would be a good idea to join another, it might…
  • I have no problems with you looking at my diary any suggestions are well welcomed, the only problem is that I am a very finicky eater, but I have been working on that to, and really trying to get past my dislike of most foods. Right now I am sitting just under 226. I left my weigh in sheet at work, so I am not totally sure…
  • Ok, I will give this one a shot.
  • Thanks for all the hellos, my starting weight as of Monday was 229.
  • I did it, I did the 20 lunges, the 20 sit ups and yes even the 20 jumping jacks, also went to the gym and burned 441 calories, now time to lay me head down and go to sleep
  • I want in. I can do this, I haven't gone to the gym yet today, and I am sure I can somehow get the rest of that in too.
  • Day 6 done, but had a hard time of it today. After reading some other comments others had no get up and go on Day 7 so maybe I am just a little early lol. Time for weigh in and measurements, not as much as I would like, but definatly heading in right direction. Weight 128.8 (-1.2) Waist 43.5 (-0.5) Hips no change.
  • Day 5 level 1, missed two days on the weekend. Was way to busy with to many late nights. But all is settled down now, Air cadets is over for the year, so no more extremely busy weekends. Not noticiing a lot of change yet, but my energy levels seem to up. Kind of nervous for the wiegh in tomorrow.
  • First day done, and not to bad, feeling good right now, but a little ashamed that the push ups really kicked my butt. Looking forward to the next 30 days and seeing some results. Starting weight: 230.4 waist 44 Hips 48 Lots of room to lose inches there.
  • Well that was a little dissapointing, I have been watching what I eat very closely for the last three days, and I am up a lb. Maybe its because of some water retention. Thats it, and I am sticking to it. My total loss for May is 3lbs. I will take it but, June is going to be much more productive. weight May 1 333 Weight…
  • I would love to join this group, I have the dvd, and did it faithfully before christmas, and havent touched it again since, and gained all my weight back. So yeah, I'm in, my personal goal is to lose 8lb during the month of June. I am going on vacation at the end of august and want to see at least a total of 15lb gone by…
  • Nothing lost again this week, but again, my own fault, had a very very busy week, so there was a lot of takeout. Only a few big events this week, so should be a little better. Gonna try to lose that last lb by Wednesday, but odds are not looking that great, but I lost 4lbs this month. Little dissapointed, but it is in the…
  • Still better than I expected, I really thought I would have gained this week, there was a lot of eating out, and not eating out at the best places. But no gaining, and no losing. So broke even, I can still make this goal though, I have already lost 4lbs this month. So time to step it up this week, my goal for this week, is…
  • Its been a hard week this week, all the rain and the stress has really gotten to me, had a really bad calorie day yesterday. But I am going to stay positive, cause the sun is soppossed to peek out today and tomorrow, and get back to it. I haven't had the chance to go to the gym like I wanted this week yet either (no gas to…
  • Not what I expected, cause it really wasn't a great week, but I still lost another 2 lbs, If I keep this up I will be almost 30 lbs lighter by the time my vacation rolls around, really excited about that. May 1 133 May 9 131 May 16 129
  • Wow, I am a little surprised, I didn't track my calories for most of the week, still had some emotional eating going on and didn't want to know how much I screwed up, I wasn't able to get to the gym because of no vehicle, but I did stick to drinking an 8 oz glass of lemon water in the morning and before bed, and drinking…
  • I know that if you are tight with money or just don't have much, (I know I don't) if you go to your local YMCA they may be able to work out a cheaper plan for you. Thats what I did, they will go by your budget and what is workable for you, I have a family of 4 and I am paying just over 30 a month, much more managable then…
  • My week has gone okay, not as well as I would like, but better then I have been doing. I haven't been able to get to the gym to work out, (car problems), but I have been doing some exercise at home. Well I started the week off with it. As for food I was under my calorie goal all week until yesterday, finally got the car…
  • Is it to late to join, I am in if its not. I could really use the extra push. I was doing really good up till a few months ago, then lots of stressers, gained it all back and then some. And really want to get back on track. My weight right now is at 233, and would love to see it go down instead of up for a change.
  • checking in, but very discouraged. Gained a lot back this week, back to my starting weight 225. But it is my fault, I really didn't do anything this week to encourage any kind of weight loss, I never made it to the gym, and instead of working out here at home, sat on my a$% on the couch eating what ever was in site, and…
  • username Samantha76 weight in 220 Not as much weight as I would have liked this week, and I have been working out hard, and for the most part behaving on food, hopefully next week I will see better results. mini challange update burned 3200, so close to my goal, but going away today, so wont be able to hit it, next week I…
