Hi everyone,
Here is this weeks challenge --
Everyday this week be sure to get it 20 sit ups, 20 Jumping Jacks , 20 lunges (each leg) and burn 350 calories at least 4 times this week.....

Fab challenge! Done the sit-ups and then some and did loads of squats which u will have to take in lieu of lunges! !!! Need to do the jacks but you will have to wait till tomorrow when I promise to do double because I just did 90 min in the gym and showered before this!!!!
Easily did the 350 today and yesterday!!

YAY!!! I'm so excited.....I gotta get my butt to the gym, worked really hard yesterday and felt great.....Cheerleading after work _ as stretching I'm going to make them do lunges , sit ups and jj's and I'll do it with them.....then I'll hit the gym for a 350 calorie burn....0

I did it, I did the 20 lunges, the 20 sit ups and yes even the 20 jumping jacks, also went to the gym and burned 441 calories, now time to lay me head down and go to sleep0

Thanks for all the hellos, my starting weight as of Monday was 229.0

Did my 500 cals at the gym and 120 jacks, about 60 squats with a 10 kg core bag and at least 60 ( but more cause we did 5 min of core at the end)0

Hia all did my sit-ups, jacks and got lunges and squats in today and only 400 cals as I had to leave early. My new shoes fir school have cut my feet to ribbons and I was bleeding in my trainers - not good0

Forgot to say Friday and sat are my rest days and I weigh in tomorrow, I am at last weeks weight today so am crossing it all that I loose a pound tomorrow0

No bloody progress after all this hard work going to try zig zagging from today for a week.0

I think Zig Zagin might help - Thats how I do It and I am continously losing with little exercise.....I dont do it on purpose but it seems to be working......Keep it up you are doing fantastic0

Well planning my zig zagging in, measured so I eat the same cals in the week but I have highs and lows, but not too low!!0

Well day one zig zagging was just fab! 300 cals more so I got to celebrate my friends birthday with cake!!! And weighed today and am still the same so0

Day 3 of zig zagging and I have lost 2 lb, but not recording it because I weighed after training so may not be "real" loss! Did all my jacks, lunges and bicep curls! And burned 710 today hard burn aching like a ***** now!0

So girls this is what I ahve come up with for this weeks challenge.......
burn 1600 calories this week stick with the 20 sit ups 20 JJ's a day and 20 lunges.......and on just Wednesday ....do 40 of each......

Great challenge, I am going to nail it as I do a particularly hard class on a wed, so I'll be all over it!!!
Hey if you want to push yourselves on the jacks try this great easy move - add in a toe tap, so do your jack, then tuck down and touch your toes, and repeat, gives u full range of motion, nice addition.0 -

Cracking!!! I did about 40 million tonight and sit ups and weighted squats! Listed my week work out on my profile if your bored and wanna see how much I beat this poor 16 st 6 body!0

Checking in!!!! No weight loss from last week but I'm looking forward to Friday because I think I WILL have a loss! Just upped my calories from 1450 to 1700. I am working out 6x/week burning about 700-800 calories so I don't think I was eating enough. I'm hoping that will push me through my mini-plateau!0

Hia all thought I'd say hello, did all my challenge every day this week, taking a night off tonight because I am exhausted, my trainer thinks I am over training, so 3 rest days this week! Got overly emotional and cried over my bloody scales- they gave 3 readings ranging 10 lb in 2 min! So I may be getting a bit obsessed never mind a good rest and perspective will help!0

So a 1 lb loss, I am staying consistent! Really wanted more but there it is!!!!0
