Perhaps bring him to this site to see how many calories he should be eating. Letting him know its unhealthy to have a severe deficit like that is okay, but if he continues this trend while having knowledge that he shouldn't, leave him be.

I agree with DanaDark. Talk to your doctor. There are so many different kinds of birth control. I'm sure you can get on something else, if you're having a side effect from your current one.

Totally random, but Emerald nuts has these 100 calorie packs of almonds with roasted cocoa powder on them. REEAALLY good for sweet tooth/chocolate cravings. And this is just coming off of eating like crap, so you know its truly good, not acquired taste good. :)

Hi there, I feel for ya. I was doing really well losing weight last year, but I had motivation issues and I have to restart my weight loss this year. You've already done so much!
