Cheese crisps. Put the oven at 400 degrees. Slice some cheese and put it on parchment paper. Bake it for 12-14 minutes. You'll know it is done because it'll look kind of lacy and be crisp. If it isn't crisp and you get impatient, pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds after baking. You're going to love that crunch!

I am. I have a scale and measure everything accordingly. MFP put me on an 1820/day calorie limit and while some days I go over by a little, I'm usually about 100-200 calories short. I alternate. I do cardio 3-4 days a week and a different muscle building workout on the other days. I don't have a set routine as I don't want to get bored (a major problem in the past) but I do make sure to alternate so my body has time to recover.
