Absolutely I agree!! There are some people however that can't deal with it daily and feel like they are failing if they "gain" over night. So I don't reccomend it for everyone, but for me, yup. Everyday, same time in the morning and same time at night.

are you exercising at all? burn calories and then you get to eat more.

I have more now after losing the weight and I didn't lose it quickly. Don't let a bunch of stretch marks bother you, we all have them! As you can see in my profile pic, I'll be rockin a bikini this year, stretch marks and all (and still belly fat lol) :drinker:

lots of good advice, one thing i want to throw in is when you tried to eat more calories how long did you try it for? When i changed to the TDEE method and upped my calories it took almost 4 weeks to start losing and I have heard this happens to most people when they up their calories. So if you didnt try for very long…

our stats look very similar including amount of exercise and i eat more than you do and lose quite consistently so i would say figure out your tdee and go with that number less about 10-15% and eat that amount.

if your tdee is that low then i am assuming you calculated it without exercise? in which case if you exercise then you havent figured it out correctly and should actually be eating more. although if you cheat then you are making up for it, but still not correct advice, but i could be wrong...... OP yes eat your exercise…

You look great and i totally agree! I am almost at the 100lb mark and same thing, no weird pills or anything. Also eating! None of this lower calorie stuff, 1800/day for me the whole time, only recently went down to 1700! :drinker:

omg you are the first person i have seen use the same term "fried eggs" as me and my friends lol. Sadly mine are fried eggs too, i still have about 30 more pounds to lose and i am afraid they will probably get a bit smaller even. Went from a D to a borderline B/C so I am assuming they will be a B when I am done. So sad…
