im so glad im not the only one who does this lol, i have mentioned something a few times but have never had anyone change unfortunately. I now just delete them because I cannot congratulate anyone for that, same as logging cleaning and mowing the lawn for exercise lol, oh boy....

Maybe I am missing something, but why do you have to wear a racerback bra with it? My sports bra is shaped exactly like a regular bra and i wear it with racerback tanks... :huh:

I am doing my first one in June. I have not been training doing anything specifically, just losing weight and working out. I keep getting told by friends to work on my upper body strength, so I would definately start there!

I have dealt with this annoyance as well for a LONG time! I recently bought a pair of Yurbuds and they stay in!!!! They have this special way of "locking" in (its the way you put them in and then turn), and they are only $30!

I dont know for sure, so if anyone disagrees its ok, lol I have been thinking of starting cross fit soon and from what i know there is a bit of cardio as well correct? In my opinion I would just log the cardio as that is really the only part of it that is steadily keeping your heart rate up.

I find it crazy how each brand is so different. I am 5'3" and 176lbs and wear anywhere from a 6 to 12. I say whatever you are comfortable in and looks good is all that matters. It do agree it does suck, but i just shrug it off. :happy:

If you can get it for a decent price it is cool. I use mine with only one banana and then other fruits. I do agree you can get some ice creams for approx the same calories however if you are like me and have no self control then having the yonana's is a better option lol If i have ice cream in the house i do not stop at…

I dont cook, so i just have easy things. It really is all about how many calories you eat, so technically yes you can lose by eating out, but as others have said you should at least choose places with nutrition information. I for example have foods that takes no time. Muffins for breakfast (store bought), microwave dinners…

I was originally told by my doctor that i might have a gluten intolerance when we were trying to figure out what my issues were, turns out it was dairy, but for that bit of time i was eating gluten free it did nothing for weight loss and tasted gross and cost too much money, so ya, don't do it unless you have too!!

I get yummy loose leaf teas with different types of flavors and then don't have to add anything to it, saves the calories for food!

I vote for cruise, lots to do you won't get bored! Only thing to keep in mind is if you like to drink that bill will rack up quickly on the ship!

5'3" I go by TDEE so 1800 everyday. I do 1 hour HIIT 4 days a week.
