I have pants that have a zippered pocket in the waistband above my butt, look for those? Or I have a running jacket that has zippered pockets. It's still long sleeve but has vents and stuff so it's made to still make you cool, try a jacket like that?

I know everyone has already said this but just thought I would say it again! I personally started C25K when I was 230lbs. It is the best thing ever! There were a few days/weeks that I repeated, but not much and before I knew it I could run! Definately try it out!

Rowing is part of my HIIT routine, I do agree boring though! lol I find water rowers the best. Tried using one at a gym I did a drop in at once (out of town) and it was with chains lol. Now that was a different experience!

Every month or so I have a cheat day which usually turns into a cheat weekend. It takes a bit to get back on track, but I would probably lose my mind if I didnt do it every once in a while. I do HIIT 4-5 times a week, I have found that if I have a protein bar or shake about 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs before the workout then it is much easier to get through it. I find it virtually impossible to do the workout on an empty stomach.

I saw it at Popeye's just this past weekend. It was about that price, but then you don't have shipping and waiting etc. That is the only place I have seen it so I am not sure if it is the cheapest.

That is exactly the issue i had, found out it was dairy, i was soooo sad to give up my milk, booo. I am used to it now, still have a little bit every once in a while but for the most part now that dairy is mostly out of my diet I am excellent!

I do the half my body weight in ounces thing, so 88ounces for me. Has seemed to be the best amount to keep me properly hydrated and get through my workouts
