This is exactly what i do as well, tedious yes, horrible no, worth it yes. If you arent logging exactly what you are eating it can throw your calorie goal off without you knowing it.

is that with the percentage taken off already or is that number for maintaining. Does that factor in your exercise? If you havent taken off a percentage for weight loss and you did include your exercise then you should be eating 1500-1600 calories, not lower than that

I havent heard of any protein powders being much more than 100 per scoop so I am not sure which ones you have been looking at! My advice from my experience is to make sure it is an isolate. I find if it isnt then it is too heavy feeling, could be just me. I use one from GNC, can't remember the name off the top of my head…

whole family size bags of chips with the whole container of dip, just for dinner or like 4 big cupcakes in one sitting or whole pizzas in one sitting ugh makes me want to throw up just thinking about it!

I would say if it bothers you that much that you shouldnt weigh yourself all the time, once a week or wait even longer. Your weightloss is not going to just continue to go down everyday... I am 5'3", currently weigh 179, hoping to be closer to 170 in June and I WILL be wearing a bikini when I go on my vacation then. If you want to wear one you wear it. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks except yourself!

I found them gross and VERY heavy. I like to have protein bars before i work out and these are just too heavy to have. I went back to the other protein bars and am happy as a clam now. :drinker:

Yup, i have the chocolate mint ones. I had decided to try the quest bars that everyone keeps talking about but what a mistake! So just went back to my Cliff bars today!

This for sure! I started at 270 and I am only 5'3" I just started walking and logging everything. I also made sure I gave my self cheat days to keep myself sane. Definately make sure you eat back your exercise calories! Do not under eat thinking it will help because it won't! Good luck on your journey, you can do this!…

I use it all the time!! I only have 1 G of data per month and use my phone a lot and never go over so i dont think the scanner uses much data, but I could be wrong, maybe I don't use as much as I think i do lol.

I purchased something called the Breakfast Maker from Tupperware and it makes Omelettes in the microwave. Its awesome!

You need to give it a few weeks at least, don't get discouraged! I did it and its the best thing I ever did!
