  • I was doing great today on the side challenge until my son decided to suck up to mom and brought home Braums Dream Cooler ice cream! So I measured 1/2 a cup and so enjoyed it!

  • I am still here! I have been weighing in and filling out my food diary. However my teenage son has digressed about 10 years and I am overwhelmed with managing all his activities again (took the car keys). So the side challenges are not getting top priority. I will try to chat more on the page this week.
  • All snacks were raw veggies and juicing Mean Green (no fruit) for dinner
  • Tired and did not want to come to the gym. Sat at in the car for 15 mins. Got out, walked half way, and thought about turning back. Decided "after pictures" are not created without hard work, discomfort, and some struggle.

  • Struggling with water intake. Bought a mini (26oz) infuser water container today. Cut up some limes, lemons, and ginger to put in it. I am on the try try again part
