I add plain greek yogurt (which I do not enjoy on its own) to my protein shakes! Combine with almond milk, protein powder, pure coaco, and voilla! Loads of protein in a cup!

Different things work for different people. I have struggled with eating disorders, so I don't think intuitive eating would work for me. I would either under eat or binge, depending on what I have going on in my life. I think it's important to do what's right for you. This journey isn't about what other people think, it's…

I'm on Day 2 of Level 1, but I completed the entire program last year (and had such great results that I'm doing it again!) Remember that if you need to, you can stick with the modified versions of the exercises. You'll get stronger! As Jillian says, if you're not failing, you're not doing it right :)

I eat oatmeal as a morning snack instead of breakfast, mostly for that reason. On weekdays I tend to eat every 2-3 hours while I'm at work though so I guess that isn't saying much hah. But as others have said, maybe adding some fruit or nuts to your oatmeal will help.

Yum - I plan on having a shrimp burrito when I go out for dinner this weekend! I'll be having it with rice and beans though. I don't eat burritos often so when I do I pack them full of almost all of the toppings (:

I think there may be something wrong with you device if you have to charge it every day. My battery lasts for several days.

My FitBit Charge HR thinks I've climbed 60+ floors today - and there is NO WAY. Glad to come across this thread and find an explanation.

Juicing. I don't get it.

Almond milk, plain non fat greek yogurt and a scoop of vanilla protein powder (I drink Quest, which I know can be expensive). Put it all in a shaker cup. Shake. Enjoy (:

I'm actually going to start setting meal times throughout the week (mostly for the 9-10 hours I'm at work) because just recently I'm noticing I'm eating a lot during work hours.

I've been doing quite poorly the past few weekends, so you're not alone! My downfall is indulging in sweets Fri/Sat/Sun. Yesterday I felt quite bad about how much I ate so I've tried to do a lot better today! We can't change the past but we can certainly decide to make better choices going forward (:

There was no wine, but.... I'm drinking a martini right now.

I ate 600 calories worth of chocolate last night. I don't think we could be friends.
-
Well that limits things... Are you sure you WANT to work out? If yes, then my only suggestion is to look up printable body weight routines.

I wake up at 5am and eat breakfast around 8:30am after arriving at the office.

I agree that your average gummy bears aren't great. But gourmet gummy bears are a whole other level of gummy bear. I don't think I've ever had gelato.
-
To me? Yes. Gourmet gummy bears taste amazing. If you haven't tried them and enjoy candy, zi suggest you do.
-
I've read a lot about people getting rashes from their FitBit, but I've been wearing mine for over a month and have had no issues.
-
All I'm saying is if I'm gonna eat tons of sugar, that sugar better be coming from gourmet gummy bears.
-
There's a lot of sugar in their products, and while I haven't looked at the nutritional info for everything they sell, I don't recall seeing that there's much nutritional value in any of their products.

I eat mine back because my daily limit is only 1240 calories. If I didn't eat my exercise calories back I'd only be netting 700-900 calories per day - yikes!
-
Your story brought tears to my eyes. Very inspiring - you are amazing!

I think the best thing for you to do is to sit down and have an honest conversation with your husband. I sincerely hope he is not trying to sabbotage your efforts to lose weight and be healthier, but if he is, that is a huge red flag. My boyfriend and I aren't always on the same page when it comes to eating healthy. He…

Wow I've never heard of someone doing that - I'm gonna give that a shot this week! Never hurts to try something different (:

I have a Charge HR. What is it that you're not trusting? The calories burns?
-
I usually microwave mine for 12-15 seconds, no matter the flavour. I do stay away from anything with a fruity flavours, though. I don't like those at all.

I literally snack all day long at my job, and also only have access to a kettle and small fridge. Here's what I enjoy: - protein bars - berries - greek yogurt - cheese string - goldfish crackers - peanut butter (I literally eat two spoonfulls right off the spoon) - oatmeal - tortillas and black bean dip Hope that helps!

We actually had a lunch to welcome a new member of our team today! I stuck with a grilled buffalo chicken wrap, no sides.

Exercise is actually what inspired me to fuel my body with the right types of foods. It's only been over the past month that I've started looking at ingredients and thinking to myself "Okay, what will eating this do for my body? What am I gaining from eating this?" Things I eat now that were previously not part of my diet:…

I will literally eat Nutella off of a spoon. But if I'm going to pig out on sugar, it's going to be on gourmet gummy bears... So for this reason, I no longer eat Nutella!
