If you have Internet access, level one of 30 day shred is available on YouTube, loads of people here swear by it and it's working for me too

Bump for later

It's great but brutal! I did an interim measure today (day 7) and I'm already losing inches
-
Yes, it's brutal! I have to modify the cardio, and I'm relatively fit. Am still on level one and have fitted the dvd in in 6 times over 10 days but have already logged an inch off my waist so it's worth hanging in there.

Lovely story, great inspiration. Finish strong, as they say, it sounds like you'll make a great fitness instructor.

Im only on day two but I'd say it wouldn't be suitable for you right now, there's a lot of high impact, jumping jacks etc and strong crunches, all done at speed so not a lot of time to concentrate on form. Yould have todo a lot of modifications so probably you might feel you weren't getting the results you're after. I'm…

Thanks for the responses. Am already committed to a range of exercise I enjoy, biking, Pilates, badminton so am just trying to assess if what I'd be taking on long term will be manageable for me

Great results, my 30ds is awaiting the start date once the kids Easter holidays are over and I have a minute to myself, well 20 minutes at least
-
Wow, lovely toning

I'm a convert, wear little else now after changing to them after a knee injury. I started with MBT's which are great but expensive, and you do have to be fitted for them... Ive had and worn out several pairs, never liked the sketchers version although I used to like regular sketchers and am now in the Avia version. I think…

Why be happy when you could be normal, in your pants

@meissastar thanks for your input - my ibs flare ups seem to be hormonal ly triggered rather than food/alcohol - at the start of the progesterone phase or at least I haven't been able to identify a trigger food @llfp thanks pitta and flatbreads could help @joy yeah, I'd struggle to do five a day with no fruit - will take…

Pilates worked for me

Re jif / cif name change I think it's because unilever have large markets in Spanish speaking countries where very few words start with "ji", making jif very difficult to pronounce.
-
Thanks for the feedback, it was dried fruits, so I'll cut them out and try again...

Doesn't affect me that way cold on cereal, would warming it cause the reaction? (going off to google it)

Several IBS sites recommend oatmeal, my daughter loves it so I thought I'd give it a try. I use soya milk and make it in the microwave, maybe I'll try soaking the oats overnight, or just give up if it doesn't ease- will give it a week

Mbt's (a total convert)

Bump for when I'm at my pc
-
Under every day this week, am on a plateau and have burned 4700 calories, ate 2/3 back...
-
A previous partner did, from a fast weight loss, no problem for me, nor for them once they realised I wasn't bothered
-
Thanks that's helpful

Bump, any ideas anyone...

I had a similar question and got a response from someone who wore a HRM while skiing and burnt between 800-1600 calories per day depending on how hard they pushed themselves. Seems like the only accurate way would be to wear a HRM...

Pilates worked for me, seven inches off my waist

North east here, add me if you want...

Looking great, good effort
