I eat it cause its easy to keep in the cupboard for months and its an extremely quick meal! I like it best with a little Italian or Greek salad dressing and diced raw tomatoes.

I am going to guess that your deficit is too extreme. When I cut down to 1400cals i was in tears once a week from being so stressed and underfed. I am now eating at least 1700 a day and my energy levels are steady and i feel strong. Make sure you're not under eating.

I swear by moleskin!!!! Its the absolute best at getting me to the gym through every nick and bump. I managed to scrape 1/2 the skin off my pinky toe but a bandage and some moleskin had it protected so well I couldn't even feel the extra pressure of my shoes.

Nice! Thanks so much!

I just took some myself, because I havent in a loooong time haha. I would just love the surprise of seeing a photo of myself looking that much better in my clothes!

Do you know if I can manually enter data for like two weeks when I first get the app? Cause I have the data in my fitbit but want to know about the past two weeks as well.

I have basically the same experience. I had initial success with Atkins and lost about 70/100lbs that way, I've regained somewhere in the 50lb range. Also have done crash diets and over exercise. I was eating maybe 1000 a day and trying to exercise intensely every day. I ended up vomiting every.single.workout. I was down…

Wow thats so incredible, great work!!

I plan it before I eat for SURE and about 80% of the time I've pre-logged and planned the whole day. Today I just have lunch planned so far because its a friday and I probably dont want to cook :-P

Personally I would give it much more time. I would post my weight loss chart if I could manage it easily from my phone. I have been losing and gaining the same 5 or so pounds for almost a month, and suddenly the past two days 8lbs are off. Its about learning YOUR body's pattern. Maybe it takes yours a few weeks to register…

Omg heck yes it does! Wow thats amazing. May I ask about any exercise you do?
-
Eat back half of what MFP tells you that you burned during exercise :) Not everyone choses this. I personally never eat back any.
-
Same here... add me! I'm only 4 days past my latest binge but I'm hoping I make it further than last time. Last "binge free" zone was 10 days :)
-
I use MFP for all that support, so feel free to add me. I kinda use MFP like a facebook, I post statuses when things are hard and I love giving feedback and support to my buddies!

Do you plan ahead and bring food with you? Thats a key to dealing with long days. For example Im working two jobss today and have been out of the house since 6 and wont be back until 11 or so. Its a doozy. But I packed everything with me, salad and a sandwhich and lots of fruit for snacks. Prepping and planning ahead could…

You caught it though! I knew I was getting fatter but chose to ignore it somehow and managed to gain 40-50ish lbs! So now my road back is even harder. Good for you for getting started again NOW

You're stuck in the cycle, and you have to break it. The cycle is restrictions>binge>guilt>new restrictions. I have been working hard on breaking this cycle myself and I can tell you the easiest part to control is the restrictions. You can lose weight without making foods off limits and the moment you do (okay, at least…

Im not a mother, but I do spend my work days doing much the same as any SAHM, except the cleaning up is a part of it regardless of my energy levels haha. I take care of twins who are a month shy of being 3. They can really take it out of me! Its not a physical tired feeling but an emotional one. Sometimes the only break I…

Beast Mode: unlocked! Amazing work!

I was going to say that! Maybe extra testosterone from the lifting or is it just lighting?
-
Yep yep yep!! I definitely have lost better (faster) while making sure Im eating enough. I wasnt losing at 1400, but I am at 16-1700

I agree that your goal is much too aggressive. I dont use that feature of the fitbit as I have used MFP since before I had it. I would agree that those number really sound much too low. Mine seems crazy high, it tells me I burn over 2500 cals even on less active days. If your body only burns 800 calories a day I can only…

I also cannot stop eating once I start, but I had the same issue as the OP, wasnt losing because I was setting myself up for failure. Now I chose an IF eating schedule of 12-8p each day, I dont eat until lunch. Just coffee before that. It took two days for my tummy to realize what was up and its been so great since. Having…

Im concerned it could just be your medication not working optimally because if your logging really is tight then you should be losing. Im the same height as you and am about 20lbs heavier and I'm trying to lose on 1700. It would be working if I would stop going over every weekend :-P I do drop fast when I stick to it…

My roommate does... but around here we all agree he has a problem. I do not drink daily, but I do like a glass of red wine now and again :)
-
I cant attest to any science because frankly I don't care, I IF but not really on purpose its just how my hunger rolls when i actually pay attention to my body. I eat between 12-8 every day and I feel less hungry over all because I get more with each meal. I dont feel hunger pangs until right at lunch, but before when i…

Me too!

Yes, schedule the junk! Plan it, pre-log it, measure it, and enjoy it. If you plan for a 150 calorie treat at the end of the day then you'll reduce elsewhere to make room. I always log the day in the morning leaving room for my treats!
-
Caffiene can be a huge appetite suppressant, so your extra hunger makes sense! I'm not sure if it will go away once you adjust or if you would always have been hungry if you'd never started drinking coffee (if that makes sense...) So plan on this hunger, pack snacks with you for work. I like slices of lunch meat with…

Have you pre planned your meals today? I find that helps me quite a bit!
