I only take them when I feel bloated on my period. Other than that I trust my body is holding onto water it needs for whatever reason. It knows more than I do! I don't want to deprive my body of fluids it's needing. I just try to drink plenty of water each day!

You can still desire more balance in your diet. When I'm not paying attention to macros, I end up eating 60-70% of my calories from carbohydrates and always end up short on protein those days.
