I'm about to go out now get the ingredients for a ratatouille recipe. If you love veg try that. But I might add some mince meat in mine and have with a small serving of pasta

Just joined a few days ago to and so far so good but only been a few days and these I find the easiest its later on when I begin to fall off track. But would like motivational friends on here in case I'm having a slip up or just to be in the same boat as someone else cause I know how hard this is. :)

Its cardio training one of the videos is about 500 calories & the other about 350. So will look at similar exercises but I've seen the option of creating your own. Will probably do that.

I tried this & it worked like 2 years back having very few calories but once you stop that weight will be back with vengeance. Plus extra!

I think note down everything you eat & like my problem is eating food whilst cooking to 'taste' & you don't realize all those extra calories you add on. Food diary should help keep track of exactly what your eating

I would forget the diet & just enjoy my birthday. I think if you want this to be long lasting its better to do it like that & let it also fit around your life otherwise if you don't a few weeks, months...you'll just binge & ruin it.
