Hi. I'm also a SAHM and I use to only snack on junk food, especially a bag of chips or chocolate. The past 4weeks I changed it to an apple or orange for a snack and lunch is left overs of the previous night or a salad or half a tin of assorted veggies with melted cheese. It tastes good and it is healthy so that's cool
