I'm doing 30 day shred at the moment. I've done 3 days so far but in 5 days because I went away for the weekend. Lots of people seem to do it in 30 days but I've read Jillians thinks you should have 1 or 2 rest days. I'm just going to do it every day I can and see when I get to 30 days!

We eat quite a lot of vegetarian food just because it's cheap and healthy. My sister told me a good idea which is cut an aubergine in half, scoop the flesh out and fry it up with whatever veg you have e.g. spinach (frozen is fine), mushrooms, onion, tomato and put the skin in the oven. Hmm I couldn't live eating 1200 calories. Eating more is motivation enough for me. However, not everyone believes you have to eat your calories back exactly every single day. Some people average their calories out over a week or so.

Quark is very low calorie as a soft cheese type thing. I've not seen those noodles but have you tried putting cauliflower in the blender and then cooking for about 4 minutes in the microwave and using as rice. It doesn't taste like rice but it's good with sloshy meals as it absorbs the flavour.

Well I'm 5'5" and my lowest ever weight is 133lb which I was happy with. If you were the same height as me and 125 and still trying to lose, I might feel like you were saying I wasn't slim enough. But that would be irrational because everyone is different and we all apply much higher standards to ourselves than to others.…

Allbran with milk and half a banana about 264 Homemade toast and a poached egg about 210 (depending on weight of bread) Peanut butter on toast or a crumpet about 200 Sometimes add a yogurt.

I love Ministry of Sound Pump it Up Burn it Lose it is the best one. Turbo Jam and Tae Bo are great. American instructors are just so hyper it beats some of the British ones who are a bit apologetic.

You probably didn't manage to ruin the whole week. Get back on track and don't weigh in until any bloating has gone down. Just don't get into the habit of eating everything in the house. I'm just getting back on track after doing it most days for over a month.
