I agree. I want to be supportive of everyone's goals, but I can't support something that I think might be unheathy, much less dangerous. I think everyone here is just showing that they care and that they are concerned.

I just entered your info into the BMI calculator and your minimum healthy weight shows 128.9.

I'm 5'5 and 120 is on the low side of my healthy range. I definitely don't think it's in the range of healthy for 5'10!

Vodka Soda has 69 calories. That's the lowest I've seen.

The ChaLEAN series is a little out of my price range at the moment, but I went ahead and ordered Jackie Warner's Timesaver Express. It looked good and it's short enough that I won't have too much trouble adding it to my day. Thanks for the help everyone.

I know everyone has already said this, but that special someone really does have a way of coming around after you've already given up on ever finding them. Happened to me too. I'm sure that if you keep taking care of yourself and striving to meet your own personal goals, whether they be weight loss, education, career, etc.…

I think that food is one of the greatest pleasures in life. I love to cook. I love to eat. AND I love to be healthy. I am not going to live the rest of my life without Brie baked in phylo dough or greasy cheeseburgers or bacon. I don't use the word cheat. I call it my splurge meal or my treat meal. My splurge meal is my…

I have a splurge meal once a week, but I usually try to workout extra that day to compensate a little. I haven't had any problems so far.

I just ordered all three of those! I would like to know people's opinions on those as well.

This doesn't feel like motivation right now! I'm supposed to be on a cruise in a month, and I've still got 15 pounds to go to get to my goal...This just makes me want to quit eating all together! :frown:

Very interesting. I will definitely have to keep my eye on this in the future.

I know this sounds stupid, but I get so irritated when my water bottle doesn't fit in the holder.

I didn't realize I did this until my father-in-law pointed it out, but I guess I will subconsciously pick the thing on my plate that I like the most, then eat the food immediately to the right of it. I will continue eating one thing on the plate at a time counter-clockwise around my plate until I get back to my favorite…

I'm not pregnant right now, but I hope to be soon. One of my biggest motivations for getting healthy right now is to prepare my body for a new baby. I think we are going to start trying in June!

That is pretty much my schedule exactly. I workout immediately after I wake up, before breakfast, because I don't think I could get through my workout with a full stomach of food. I think you should do whatever works for you, but 30 Day Shred can be kind of rough in the beginning. I would workout before breakfast at least…

I just ordered it a few days ago, so I also would like to know what people think about it.

Someone posted this site a while back, and it has now become my go to site when I need a little entertainment or a laugh: http://damnyouautocorrect.com/

I think you could "carry them over" from one day to the next since your body doesn't recognize time in an hourly/calendar way. I don't think it would be good to try to save calories for several days away. If you don't eat the necessary calories for several days your body may go into starvation mode, and then all of those…

From what I read yesterday, do more toning exercises and get more fiber.

I try to keep enough calories left over for a bowl of instant grits as my evening snack. I am always hungry at night, and the grits fill me up and keep me full, so I don't wake up starving in the morning.
-
I do cardio pretty much everyday. I'm just now starting to add strength, and I think I'm going to try to do that at least every other day if not everyday.
-
I definitely feel like this happens to me everyday. Since I've lost weight my pants are usually pretty roomy in the waist in the morning, but by the end of the day they start to feel a little snug. I've been wondering about this for a while now!

You look incredible! Thanks for the inspiration!
