Thanks for the advice guys, I'm glad I asked! roxannima - I wondered what the astericks' were all about, I will defo try to avoid them in future, or at least be wary. ItsTerric - I didn't know you could edit them, I will try to edit those already in the database as you said, instead of making new ones.

I 'think' quorn is pretty good for protein and low cal, it depends if you like it though, and it's not really a snack... I have quorn burgers, quorn mince meat in spag bol and quorn chicken style pieces in stir fry. I'm not keen on meat though, I guess if you like meat then chicken is just as good.
