mine is pretty intense so I do Aerobics, High Impact...but I usually use my HRM so I track it that way usually 99% of the time :)

I rinse mine after each use with water, then hand wash once a week with sop & water. I have a big chest too I just make sure that it goes under them and then my sports bra goes over top of it to help keep it in place :) oh the things we go through! :)

I am in the same situation! I am not always the best at responding but will try my hardest! I would like to have some more support also. The plateaus are so hard!

You could be dehydrated! I get bad stomach problems when I dont drink enough water.

I would still count it! moving is moving! however I would probably NOT eat those calories back!

Girls in Zumba class who "travel" the floor like the own the place! They don't use their built in "rear view mirrors" when they move around and just assume that everyone will move for them. Lady you are in my personal space!! Look around you! Be considerate of others people!!

I just wanted to update everyone! I FIT on the rides I wanted to go on!!!!!!!!!!! was so amazing!!!!!!! Harry Potter was amazing rode it twice!! gives me even more motivation to keep working hard and then in the future it will never have to be a thought in my mind!

At our work we have done the "Biggest Loser" competition over a couple month period. We also just started a 5k race where we will run a 5k at our on-site fitness center on a treadmill to compete for the fastest time. You get points for training minutes and points for the race minutes this gets put into a contest for cash…
