im in the same boat...ive eaten 840 calories today and im no where near my 1200 calorie goal! i had weetabix and a apple for breakfast, loads of coffee and lamb and veg for dinner and a bowl of cereal for lunch! i also had a curly wurly for a snack...im not hungry but dont want to starve my body either...should i just eat…

I broke up with my boyfriend in april, it motivated me to a certain point where at first i was thinking "il show him what hes missing" but now im doing this for me! i want to buy new clothes...go outside with confidence and just be healthy!! whatever motivates you is what is important.

im only using MFP for a week but calorie counting for 2 weeks and im down 9 lbs! slow and steady!:bigsmile:
