Well, in my case when I eat past 10:00PM, no matter if its within my calories range I DO gain weight. For me to lose weight my last meal must be at 7:00PM

Same here... I have tried and failed....lost it and gaining it back. Except that this time is worst. My body is screaming at me "ENOUGH!!!!!" The true of the matter is that I feel horrible, I feel sick and I can't take it anymore. My advise to you is to see this time as new lifestyle that you will have to continue doing…
