Finished day two of level one last night.... my poor calves! Those jump rope jumps kill me! Gotta keep going though i like how fast it goes :)

I did day 1 yesterday... Jillian Michaels can eff off! LOL jk.... but man was i a big a sweaty mess after. Not too sore today although i started lifting a couple of weeks ago so i think that might be why. Hope i can stick to this for the full 30 days would love to see some results :) I also joined the myfitnesspal 30 day…

Put me in for 45 miles. Never done this before, this is gonna be fun. Can only do 3 days of a cardio a week with my current routine so gonna have to haul *kitten*! Bring it on!

I agree i thought it was low also. I picked that i live a sedentary lifestyle (i am a bank teller) and then i always log the cardio i do. I set it to 1lb per week and i want to lose about 25lbs. I also have started whey protein shakes for breakfast to make sure im getting enough each day. Thank you for your reply!
