I just completed the 30 day shred. I noticed i didn't see as much weight loss but i did see a bunch of inches lost I definitely am more toned and have more definition, u can actually see my biceps now whereas before it was just fat and the same with my abdomen I lost a total of 8lbs and a total of 12 inches Hope this helps!

I think Ripped in 30 would be a good way to go... I would start on the 29th also... Maybe we could start a thread to get some motivation going. That usually helps me keep going haha

Just did day 2 of level 2.... wow. Dont get me wrong level 2 was hard, but i really feel like ive accomplished something when i finish this one! The fact that even they are exhausted by the end (and they're professionals!) makes me feel even more awesome that i got to the end too :) And the fact that i can do the walk out…

Took my first rest day yesterday, would have been day 9.... Had been irritated by the scale not moving so decided to not do any exercise yesterday and just eat under my calorie goal like normal... this morning I lost a pound and a half! I have no idea why haha So motivated again and did day 9 this morning! Woop woop!

Day 8 done.... really trying to push myself now to get ready for level 2... havent measured anything yet, not sue whether i will at the end of level 1 or wait until the very end of level 3... im not seeing much of a difference in the mirror and the scale has been going down and up and down and up lol Guess we'll see!…

Yes i am the same way... i can barely get through the cardio in the first circuit and then by the 3rd circuit i can do all the cardio without stopping at all... Guess our bodys just need to get warmed up

There is a topic called "June=30 day shred - whos with me?" that you should look at.... theres a bunch of us on there doing it and we report in every day, it is very good motivation to keep you going :) I will be doing day 7 tonight after work :)

I use the Body Fortress 100% Whey which walmart carries. I get the chocolate one and mix it with nonfat yogurt and almond milk and half a banana and its very good.... plus you can change which flavor yogurt you use so its not the same thing everyday. Mixing it with just water is not very good IMO. I drink one for breakfast…

Yep i shredded this morning! Day 5 complete... i managed 7 real push ups today as opposed to 4 yesterday so hopefully means im getting stronger, cant wait to see what im capable of in 25 days time :D Unfotunately went out to eat with friends last night to a restaurant that wasn't a chain so had to guess my calories but…

Just completed Day 4 this morning and i accomplished 4 REAL push ups! So silly but so proud! haha The cardio is still hard for me ... all that jumping is hard! lol I am currently using 1.1kg weights which is about 2.5lbs i think :) The scale made me very happy today though so sticking with it for sure!
