  • I'm 5'7 and 127 right now. I would like to be 123. My weigh fluctuates between 125-127 so I want to fluctuate between 123-125. It's hard right now with the holidays but I should be getting back to my diet and excercise regime in January. Diana
  • I do the same thing. I also plan my meals out a week in advance since I only go grocery shopping once a week. This way I have what I need on hand and nothing else.
  • I did three rounds of P90X and did not lose much weight, then again I didn't have a whole lot to lose. I think I lost 10 lbs. I then got pregnant so when I decided to lose the rest of my "baby fat" I chose to do Insanity and lost 25lbs. If your looking for weight loss I would recommend Insanity first. Diana

  • If you have increased your exercise then you need to increase your calories...EAT! You have to eat to lose and feed your muscles! Diana
  • I don't know that Beachbody claims amazing results in ONE week. They do claim results in 90, 60 or 30 days. However, it's what YOU put into it. They never claimed it was easy and their programs are not. Follow the nutrition guide and work out program and you will get back what you put in. Diana
