Lovely, thanks this is what I have done now. Off to work in a min, so I'll see what the steps say.

Excellent :) I have set my profile as lightly active, I am a nurse and spend 5 days per week running around at work. I am 5'3 and 200 pounds/93kg. My calories are automatically set at 1750 per day. Now my iPhone 5s is synced up to track and add my steps. Should I be setting my profile at sedentary and allow it to add the…

Chocolate and so much of it :( also too much takeaway. My husband and if had been doing lite and easy (basically all meals provided for 5 days per week). It was meant to be 1500 calories, but if I didn't like something, I would go and buy an unhealthy alternative. Instead of loosing in the last 12 months, I think I have…

Yep! It's especially hard when there is food and chocolates hanging around the ward. My husband and I are watching what we eat and I'm now trying to fit in extra exercise. I have started going for 5km walks on my days off and also mornings before afternoon shifts. I did try walking home after a morning, but I'm just too…

Week 1: 87.8kg or 193.16lbs. Loss of 2.8kg or 6.16lbs this week. Huge loss I know, I am pretty sure that it was mostly water, as I really started making sure I drank my 3 x bottles each day (total of 2L). I hardly exercised this week as well due to bike issues and not feeling well earlier in the week.

Im in :) I actually started today with a 12 week thing to my 30th birthday on 15 December. I have my weight from this morning, so ill email you with that.

I know its coming to the end of the year, but ill join in :) Uni year is coming to a close, so I can focus on this for about 5 months. Making Sunday my weigh in day since I have more time to do measurements on a sunday morning! Today is 90.6kg. I turn 30 in 12 weeks exactly! so in that time I would like to loose 6kg.

Most recently I have been listening to ATB - Seven Year album. It has 21 tracks and I just stick on random while I pedal away on my bike trainer. I use the songs as intervals and switch the gears.

Feel free to add me, I am in Sydney :)

Meet up would be great. Alas, I cant do 28 October. Going up the central coast that day for 2 weeks Uni prac. However, since uni will be finished after mid november for the year, Im pretty free for weekend for 3-4 months after that. I am in the inner west, so can pretty much go anywhere :)

Feel free to add me. My diary is open to friends. I have the taste.com.au app on my phone and use it a lot for meals. They have them sorted by different things incl. low fat, low carb, low GI, healthy....etc. I dont like cooking things that seem to complicated! Some of the recipes on taste do include nutritional info, but…

Hello, Im going to stick my hand up. Hubby bought us bikes for xmas 2009 and up until 10 days ago, I had only ridden it 2 or 3 times :( We were looking for exercise to do together and hubby suggested getting an exercise bike for home. I decided to buy us an indoor trainer for $76. Its only basic, but does the job. Since it…

I am 5'3" and am currently 192lbs. I am aiming for 140lbs. I am a stocky build and like the curves.

I work full time (40) hours per week with a 1 hour commute each way. I am also studying 3 units per semester, which is equivalent to full time over here. They are online though. One is a prac unit which thankfully doesn't have any theory, but then I have 2 theories to go along with it. During heavy assignment or exam time,…
