First meal out done. Think I was ok, went for chilli chicken pitta and chose side salad. (Other options were burger, fried fish, creamy pasta, belly pork. Sides were chilli fries, garlic oil potatoes, onion rings). It was a late lunch so hopefully I will be ok.

Agreed! I usually do Durham or Riverside - did Gateshead once (the hill on repeat argh! !!). Also done Falkirk (lovely but hilly), Portrush (gorgeous along the beach so sandy) and Skipton (lovely but hilly lol) .

It was horrific! I'd never have believed that a throat infection could've had me in bed for a whole week!!! Today is day 9 of the penicillin and it's done an amazing job - I'm like a different person!!!

Oh it definitely wasn't fat I was losing - I was really dehydrated and now feel like I've 'filled back out'! I'll keep sticking with it as I know it'll have to give in at some point!!!

Thank you! I'm just sticking with what MFP has set my daily intake goal at. At the moment I'm not finding it too difficult to stain at 1200 - I'm usually there or thereabouts without being hungry / tired.

I log every day. Have been back to it since end of December - I'm signed up for the great north run in September and I have at least 2 stone to lose before then!!! Oh yeah and I've just started running so a long way to go there too!!!!

Hello! I'm new to 'consistent tracking' - I've yo yo'd for best part of 10 years. Lost 3 stone after having my youngest (now 5) and have since put it back on (plus more :-( ). At 34 I feel I NEED to get this sorted once and for all. I'm 2 weeks in and 6lb down. We'll get there :-)
