Maintenance for one day
Hubby is bringing a meal in for our anniversary. It will be the first time in 4 weeks I have gone over my calorie goal for the day. I *could* only eat a little bit but I really fancy it. If I change from 'lose 2lb week' to 'maintain' I get an extra 650 calories to use. If I do that just for today then go back to lose 2lb…

The second week I came down with tonsillitis. It was horrific - 6 days in bed - I tracked my intake and it was barely over 300 cals a day.…

Garmin adjustment
Hello! Can anyone tell me whether I should be inputting my activity if I'm using a garmin vivofit? It's counting the steps and synching nicely with my MFP account, but I'm wondering if I should be logging running on top of that or not? The adjustment will take into account the extra calories burned through the extra steps…

Finally getting on track
Hello *waves* My name is Beck and I'm a 30 something mum of two. Finally getting myself on track (not before time!). I've 40lbs to lose and am more determined than I've ever been to finally get to my goal weight. Love reading posts and getting motivation :-)
