At in laws' need help!

Away on holiday at in laws' for 4 days. Help! They don't eat healthily, there are plans to eat out every day. What do I do?!?!

    Get a salad
    Just say no.
    Bring your own
    Fix everyone lunch/dinner on your terms
    Use a small plate
    Go for a long walk before dinner to suppress appetite

    When you eat out, ask for a second plate or a take home container. Put two-thirds of the meal on the second plate and ask the server to take it back to the kitchen for disposal. Enjoy the rest.

    Just eat smaller portions and walk loads that way you won't get the oh losing weight doesn't work just eat etc

    Be honest say your making healthy choices

    Calm down. It is only 4 days.
    Take reasonable sized portions. Order foods that are grilled. Eat vegetables. Drink water, tea or low calorie drinks.
    Don't order a bacon triple cheeseburger, large fry and a peanut butter shake for every meal.

    Drink water

    Don't have 3 courses every time

    Don't panic! You won't get it perfectly right but neither will you do much damage over 4 days .

    Eat at maintenance for 4 days, saving the bulk of your calories for the biggest meal out. You may not lose, but at least you won't gain. Enjoy your time.

    I would think eating out would make this really easy for you. Order something healthy, period. Fish, salad, grilled chicken.

    First meal out done. Think I was ok, went for chilli chicken pitta and chose side salad. (Other options were burger, fried fish, creamy pasta, belly pork. Sides were chilli fries, garlic oil potatoes, onion rings).

    It was a late lunch so hopefully I will be ok.
