Ive never been a coffee drinker but why couldn't someone count this as their liquids? Its made with water, similar to the liquids in soups...even fruits have liquid in them such as watermelon :confused:

This is why I made the statement on not being too restrictive on the "rules" because its not like going on a cruise or to your in-laws where you can get the same foods anywhere. If OP's sister has been doing good on her own and losing weight in her current lifestyle and now she's going to a place where more exercise will be implemented into her days then she shouldn't be obligated to stringent rules! I too have heard that in time you can stretch your stomach....to what degree, IDK! Also, I think that everybodys "honeymoon" phase is different. Look up chair exercises or check out your tv listing. You don't have to do the exercises the same exact way theyre doing it, modify them to what works for you!

I watched 1 episode a long time ago (don't recall which season). Thinking maybe this time around I could get into it because that football player was on it, it didn't happen! I ended up only watched the 1st episode....I think they can be too critical and harsh. Now I read about what really happens...just awful!

That was me too, initially! I don't know if I was in denial of myself or the fact that I could say "well, that's them, Im not as big" As I got interested in the show, I realized that although I may not be at their size, I was in my own big size and that was enough for me to say "I need help!"

Meat is great for protein which means keeping you feeling satisfied longer! Canned meat (fish, chicken), you don't have to cook (store them in your cupboards). Cheese, low in carbs (my string cheese comes up as zero carbs) Most Nuts do not have carbs (check out nutrition label 1st to know which 1's)
