Hang in there, change isn't easy, just focus on you 'Why' least that's what I do, for me it's all about getting healthy.

For me to post daily goals in the morning you would need to add a day ahead of you. Today is 1st October for me and my goal today and the rest of the week is to build on my successes by; continuing to make healthy food choices, staying away from added sugary treats (especially chocolate), eating slowly and recognising 'am…

Day 7 and doing well, have avoided binging out on sugar with chocolate and other bad things. Exercise is still going strong with riding my bike every morning and keeping up my steps with my fitbit. My NSV in the past week has to start wearing a size smaller in jeans and lots have noticed. Tomorrow I will stick to plan,…

Another great day where I stayed away from binging on chocolate, have picked up more supplies for tomorrow for healthy snacks at work. Began my day with a bike ride as usual, only did 30 minutes which is my minimum, got over 11000 in steps. Now to add some more whilst I do my ironing.

Lost 3 pounds, which is great!! My bike is in for repairs so have been missing my main source of exercise. After 6 months am amazed how a part of my routine it had become. Will have to watch my food better this week.
-
Happy to report I lost 2.2 Pounds, have realised I wrote my starting BMI wrong so have corrected it. Looking forward to more loss next week.

All of the above plus 1. The constant battle with the inner demon that encourages me to eat for comfort, questions my ability to stick to a healthy eating and exercise plan. Failed many times before so why should this be any different..... 2. It's oh so slow, when you have a lot to lose it means a long term goal to achieve…
