I spent the first 4 days in hospital and had my gall bladder removed. Haven't been able to exercise as required to rest. Still managed to lose 3.4lbs.

Focus not on the pounds lost but the improvements in your health. Seeing the number of steps motivates you to move more, pure and simple. It all begins somewhere. Dec 31 - 216.3 Jan 7 - 215.5 Ended up in hospital Jan 1-4 and had my gall bladder removed so not been able to exercise. Have been eating a light diet whilst recovering. Congrats on the weight loss so far.

I'm a bit confused by the spreadsheet, I appear on the past weeks worksheet but not on the other sheet, have entered my weight in the past weeks sheet. It looks like some rows are hidden on the other worksheet.

I have been on my health journey since joining MFP in April 2014 when I weighed 261.6lbs. I currently weigh 220.8lbs so have just lost over 40lbs. I usually ride my stationary bike but have been in hospital for a few days, had to have surgery which will limit me to walking only for a couple of weeks. Anyway am still committed to my health journey and joining in this challenge.
