Hi, I'm 5"4 and currently 200lbs. I have around 31lbs to get back to my pre university weight and hopefully I can lose as much as 46lbs if I try hard enough :). I've been trying to lose weight for almost a year and my body just keeps fluctuating but hopefully once I get into my stride, I can get there :)

You honestly have nothing to be scared about. I have over 40lb to lose and when I see that I've gained weight, it makes me feel very disheartened but I'm not giving up. I will reach my goal weight and if I can do it, then you can too :), we're all in this together to help each other.
