All pump iron exercises should include core workouts at the end. My gym uses ActivTrax which includes one muscle group a day, then abs afterwards. I also use Focus T-25 and I'm on the beta stage which works on Core Exercises. Cardio, Speed, 2 Ab workouts, and an Upper Body workout.

T-25 Beta Week 2 ending, and Jenny Craig modified protein plan. No time for cooking foods. And I opted out of Shakeology. I use my local sports nutritionist's shakes. Costs 1/4 the price of Shakeology as you can get four bags worth in a mega tub.

Focus T-25. Easy cardio to do 25 minutes a day.

Chop it up and mix it with dressing. I find that putting all your veggies you loathe to taste into a bowl, then using a chopper to cut it up, and shaking it with fat free dressing as much as 3 tablespoons worth, hides the hideous taste.

Motivation and Determination to lose weight helps. I've had my ups and downs, but I went sliding down from 260-178 today with only 28 to go. I also have a modification in my diet plan which includes 16 ounces of whey protein and CLA 2 times a day. Averaging my total intake to 1700, but without the shakes is 1200.

I do a 30-60 minute treadmill run at 4 MPH (120 BPM average), lifting weights set to the particular muscle group. Chest today, Back tomorrow, Legs, Shoulders and Lastly arms along with Abs exercises in the morning. I also picked up T-25 for an easy to do 25 minute workout to lose body fat in my core.

It's best to use a Polar HRM versus a Galaxy S5 and Gear Fit. GF is not as accurate if getting a reading on your finger or wrist. Running 4 MPH on a treadmill, you'll get way inaccurate readings. The Polar would read 120 BPM average depending on your age, but the GF when my friend used one read 170.
