Completely agree about the riots, so upsetting and so unnecessary! people are saying they're rioting because of the government, but they're just using an excuse to be cruel and disgusting targeting innocent people and shop owners! Hope you are all okay and unaffected by it! xx

I am 2.8 lbs past my mini goal this week which I'm happy about; So my mini goal has changed to 141 and my main goal 140 This might change depending on how I do this week. I'd maybe try upping your calorie consumption for a couple of days to re-kick start your metabolism before lowering it again that seemed to work for me :) x

Hi, I had the same difficulty, I Added Exercise and put 500 calories in per hour, therefore I knew I wasn't over estimating my calorie burn! xx

Week 1, My aim is to not snack on anything other than fruit, (very difficult when i'm working as i work in a bakery!) do 30 minutes at least worth of exercise every day. Try and tone my arms up by doing bicep curls, tricep dips etc! good luck everyone :)
