Hi from leeds

If i was you i'd eat more. You must have it set to losing quite a lot of weight for it to set it as 1200. Make sure you eat your calories back that you exercise. :) 1200 is very little.

I always find that a bad day/week shocks my system. If you're eating low calories and exercising all the time your body gets used to it. By eating more for a few days you're reset your body. That or it could be that you were retaining water from working out, and having a week off/doing less has flushed out that water :)

I don't know if this works for body revolution, but i've seen that when starting a new workout routine/diet it takes 4 weeks for you to notice yourself and 8 for your friends to notice. I'm sure you could apply this to body revolution?

Had to jump in here about periods I'm on a contraceptive which means I don't get periods...it's not 100% effective, therefore I could be pregnant and not know it. Also in pregnancy you can still get your period. In terms of not knowing pregnant, I had a friend who didn;t know she was pregnant right up until 2 weeks before…

nuts and cheese are good high calorie and filling foods!

Cheese and peanuts (dry roasted if you want less sodium) ! I'm on low-carb and I always have to have peanuts & cheese to up my calories. Also beef mince- higher in calories then other meats :)

I'd love to join! One of my mini goals is to no longer be classified as overweight by easter- which is 8lbs to go!

Personally I think it's a little unhygenic not taking your bra off to go to bed :|

Looking at your diary you need to eat your exercise calories back. You're netting quite low- the 1440 target set by MFP is for your net calories (Eaten minus exercise). Seeing as you're burning 900 odd calories you should be eating around 2300 calories a day. Try and at least stay over 1200 net. That might help budge the…

Both machines & Mfp use averages, what the average person would burn doing that of your weight. Before I had a HRM I used to put a number between the two. The best way to know how many calories your burning is to get a HRM though :)

I don't do 'no carb' recipes but do low carb- Last night for dinner, I had bolognese stuffed courgettes topped with cheese, with spinach and homemade guacamole :) Other days I've had stirfry's with chicken, 'skinny burgers'- without the bun. I also make cauliflower rice instead of rice- just blend a cauliflower and then…

I'm from England & I probably wouldn't be able to name most of the Eastern European countries in terms of location!

If you are looking for a low cal drink I'd go for vodka, lime & soda. :) I wouldn't go for any 'low calorie' wines- they normally turn out to be 5% of lower! and in my opinion not very nice. To be honest I'd just drink what you normally drink, but log it first, if you've logged 4 drinks before you start drinking you're…

I'm restarting too- completely fell off the wagon in 2013, and am just hobbling back onto it now. Have about 3 stone to lose, but my main aim is to fit back into my old clothes. :)
-
I'm doing the same- my first challenge is tomorrow night I'm going out for my friends birthday. But my thinking is if I can't have fun with them sober- then we're not really friends!
