Day 3, on tuesday i did a 50 minute spinning class, yesterday i did a 40 minute walk and today i'm going to go to the gym and blast it on the treadmill i feel so great! full of energy :)

Day 3 and so far i've not gone over on my calories =D and not eaten anything unhealthy even though i've been mega craving flapjack, on saturday i'm going for a meal but i'm going to pizza express which does special diet pizzas only 500 calorie for one! =D xx

i found that when i first started it took me a couple of weeks to start losing and then it came off quite quickly, however i wasn't after a massive weight loss, just 14lb in total :)

Im currently revising for exams, so cannot spend too much time exercising but my goal is try and fit in at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, apart from saturday as i am on my feet all day working in a bakery then. tonight i have a spinning class for an hour, so at least todays sorted! good luck with your goals…

find an unflattering photo of you in a bikini, or equalness, blow it up and put it on the fridge i find that stops me grabbing snacks :) x

i recommend either davina high power 5 or the 30 day shred of course you have to be willing to do it, if you give up there's no point buying it x

Hey all well i;ve had a good couple of days did a 5mile walk yesterday with my mum along with 30 day shread off spinning tonight, my favourite exercise i love it! and then of course 30 day shread again i have the car this week as my mums now gone to france, so going to the gym will be easier, as it's a long walk away! :)…

well i have toast and melon for breakfast small egg and cress sandwich for lunch and home made chicken curry for dinner delicious and under my calories! going to do the 30 day shred later on aswell :) also weighed myself today and i've lost 1lb! :D
